Eligible applicants:

• natural or juristic persons or partnerships and SMEs
• public or private educational institutions
• trading associations, chambers (e.g. Chamber of Industry and Commerce), unions, and social services dealing with training, qualification and advice
• bodies involved in:
  - recruiting or exchanging staff 
  - organizing temporary employment abroad (European countries)

Funding rate:
According to the ESF Operational Program (abstract in English) transnational and interregional projects must focus on actions of the Priority Axis E.

In regard to initiatives and conferences, up to 85% of the Thuringian project partners’ total expenditures can by funded by means of ESF.

In regard to mobility proposals, up to 80% of the Thuringian total expenditures can by funded by means of ESF.
