LEG Thüringen

Definition TNA

”Transnational activity“ means a cooperation of partners from various EU member states. “Interregional activity” means cooperation between regions not necessarily belonging to different EU member states.

These are the most important advantages of transnational and interregional cooperation:

  • Thuringia will be closer connected to other European regions.
  • By exchanging ideas and experiences participating Thuringian players are well informed about best-practices and alternatives.
  • New options for action will be developed and innovation will be stimulated and promoted in Thuringia.
  • The skills of participating Thuringian players will be further developed, e.g. enlargement of personal experiences and improvement of personal competences (ability to communicate, foreign language skills, intercultural competence).
  • The mobility of employees will be increased.
  • Preparation efforts of Thuringian employees and companies regarding the free movement of workers will be supported.
