These are the most important advantages of transnational and interregional cooperation:
- Thuringia will be closer connected to other European regions.
- By exchanging ideas and experiences participating Thuringian players are well informed about best-practices and alternatives.
- New options for action will be developed and innovation will be stimulated and promoted in Thuringia.
- The skills of participating Thuringian players will be further developed, e.g. enlargement of personal experiences and improvement of personal competences (ability to communicate, foreign language skills, intercultural competence).
- The mobility of employees will be increased.
- Preparation efforts of Thuringian employees and companies regarding the free movement of workers will be supported.
